Council of State decision 1641/2020

Council of State decision 1641/2020 (Chamber E΄) accepted the application for annulment filed by “HELLAS GOLD” and annulled the omission of the Administration to examine and decide with proper reasoning and within the period of 60 days prescribed by the law, on the request for approval of the supplementary appendix of the Technical Study of the sub-project “Olympiada Mines”, which concerns the construction of buildings of offices, a warehouse and staff areas, as well as the installation of a power substation of 150/20 kV.
