Council of State decision 1524/2020 (Chamber E΄) annulled the refusal of the Administration to issue an environmental permit for mineral drilling in the Sapes (Rodopi) mining area due to illegal reasoning, given that mining activity is not incompatible with local spatial planning provisions.
