Danai Boultadaki has studied Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Law School of Leiden University in the Netherlands. She received a Postgraduate degree in Public Law and Political Science from the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (grade: Excellent).
She practices law as a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2015, with special experience in the fields of administrative and commercial Law. She speaks English, German and French. Together with A. Theochari, she has published the paper “The principle of ne bis in idem in the field of administrative sanctions” in the Greek Law Journal “Theory & Practice of Administrative Law”, Vol. 2016, pp. 1135 ff.
