Council of State decision 730/2021

The decision was issued in the same proceedings with Council of State decision 728/2021, which annulled the part of the 32382/25.4.2019 Decision of the Minister of Health rescinding the results of the 3.3.2019 election of the members of the Board of Directors, the Supreme Medical Disciplinary Board and the Auditing Committee of the Hellenic Medical Association.
